Thanks for the video. If I resign due to medical urgency and if I have a notice period of 60 days and my manager agree to relieve me within 45 days then will I get the full salary since my manager agreed for me to serve short notice?

I want to resign as i have stress in my company. I said to proj manager that i have health issues but he requested me not to leave the company as i needed for the proj. Then i had to take back my resignation. But i really want to resign as i want to concentrate on my mental health for some months. I also don’t like the current TL.

In the US most states are at- will employment so the employer has no choice in the matter people can leave without explanation
