I know this might sound very dumb, but after realizing that watching this video was the single turning point of my life I just had to come back to thank you guys. I watched it like 5 months ago and was very motivated to do this everyday. Then I understood that plank did almost nothing so I started doing actual exercise and now I hit the gym almost everyday. But then my interest for the gym got me into self improvement so I started meditating, balancing my diet and cutting most bad habits that I had. My life has never been better after only 1 month os self improvement. I’m happier more confident more social and healthier than ever. All this because I clicked this video. Biggest butterfly effect I’ve ever witnessed. So I thank you for publishing this and unknowingly kind of changing my life.

My workout plan everyday
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats
10KM run
Now it's almost 3 years of me doing these

For me the best work out is 3min plank, 50 push ups and 50 sit ups one or two times a day. When I feel extra motivated I do this more times or do more exercises for the whole body (legs too).

Bro I plank everyday for 5 minutes and i feel good after but its tiring how can one hold a plank for 8 hours is beyond me. That must be some crazy mental stength

Tonight I thought of starting a challenge and even though I didn’t practice, I got 100 a second plank! I’ll do this again and again for a long time hopefully! 😊

Best I could was around 6 minutes, but now I do one handed more often, this one for 4 mins per each arm

I did 5 min plank each morning for two months, and didn't get abs even while doing diet (it became a little more defined)...

Guys! Practice makes perfect, i’m doing a challenge where i plank for as long as i can for a MONTH. Day 1, i did 1 minute and 33 seconds. Currently, I have done 7 minutes and i’m really happy, i will strive to reach higher limits. Plank not only helps u build your muscle and stuff but ur mindset as well. If you feel like giving up, tell yourself “I’m not done yet, i have to keep going..” However, don’t overestimate yourself and do too much, it will cause a lot of pain.

Just came back to this video, I was a skinny teenager with eh muscles. I started off doing 45 second planks because that's all I could do. I then moved on to 2 minutes after about two weeks. A month has passed and I do have visual abs. Their not crazy, but their good.
Keep in mind I also do soccer and tennis which involves a lot of running.

My guy, ab exercises in general won’t help you lose body fat. What will, however, is eating in a consistent calorie deficit, meaning 200-500 calories less than your maintenance calories. Doing this will provide good results for weight loss, and if you combine this with ab exercises, your abs are gonna be defined and strong af.

My Highest plank Is 4 minutes 32 second and I started plank exercise 18 day my Age 14 year 💪 Stronger Day By Day Edit and now day 26 My Higest plank is 10 minutes 45 second 💪

I just started last night after seeing a transformation video. I have some belly fat, I'm "skinny" but I'm flabby. I hate it. I held it for 45 seconds, then did a 20 second one. While later I did it for 1 minute. This morning a little past 1 minute. Gonna keep going and try to last longer and longer and if I remember I will update.

Edit:

One week later, max is 1:50.

Two weeks later, max is 2:15.

Three weeks later, max is 2:30.

For the abs bit, you would need to be eating adequate protein too for muscle growth to happen.

As a matter of fact, I broke my last record of 2:15. My new record is past a 3:00 plank. So, I can pretty much do planks without hesitation.

Did my 2 min 30 second plank I started doing dumbbell bench press it helped me a lot in my openiun my dumbbell weight I used was 12 kg

Idk how, but for a challenge me and my brother tried to see who could hold a plank the longest and I lasted 3 and a half minutes. It motivated me to do it more often and now I can do it for 4 minutes

Here me checking if there is anything negative about doing planks everyday, just looking for excuses not to do them.

My max hold was six minutes and 30 seconds, but i have a friend who stayed 20 minutes 💪(we're doing calisthenics)
