Just subscribed to your video channel.  I am study many areas of the brain to uncover underlying disorders when the brain pesents the symptom of depression/bipolar.
Your input would be a very good source, one in which to discover and uncover-empirical theories.

This wouldn't work in a humid climate. Sweating only makes you feel sticky and does nothing to cool you down.

I am a doctor and this is a myth, please take this video down, you might hurt someone!!!
Drink cool water, not ice-cold, just cool, that will will make your temp go down,
Because adding more heat to the system, and then expecting to over work the sweat, which might not work in all places, depending on the humidity and the H2O gas pressure at a certain climate, you'll be just losing fluids and salts through sweat and it's not even evaporating, your clothes just get wet, so prevent the cause, by taking your body temp down!

Drink water though. Not coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

this is a myth that doesnt fully understand the situation. the hot drink actually raises your core temperature, so your body is doing more work to cool you down. You are already hot and you are making yourself hotter, so even with that increased sweating, you still wont end up lower than you were before.

If you really want to cool down, grab something spicy, it causes a fake heat, the hot from spicy foods have nothing to do with actual temperature, but tricks your brain into being more sensitive to your own body heat, which increases sweat production wihtout actually needing to increase your real temperature, meaning you do actually get a lot cooler, and you will feel that after a few minutes when the false heat of the spicy food wears off

Soton Brain Hub: Stop spreding rummuor even the weather network took this False rummor as truth, It was a really hot day, that was dry, and I heat spicy food, when I went outside did I feel cooler, yes, or no. Obviously no, It made me feel more hot, and more sweatty, the same if it his a hot and humid day, the same if I drink a hot drink.
