Bone broth might add umami flavors to the rice but generally no protein. Unless you actually have bits of protein like beef or chicken within the broth, there is practically no protein other than what is already in the rice. In addition coconut oil is just fat. The name coconut “oil”IS the ingredient … please don’t mislead your audience. If your goal is to add more protein to rice, I rather just eat an egg with it. If you are trying to lose weight or cut to go on a calorie deficit, the oil is just adding unnecessary calories to the food. 😅

Coconut oil isnt really that great for cooking its been found to be carcinogenic when cooked

Bone broth is not gonna increase protein, all you’re increasing is sodium and fats.
