Romanian deadlift is a good exercise. It make my legs strong and get rid of tight hamstrings.

This is great advice. I have always said I have tight hamstrings regardless of stretching. I’m going to try the test.

Fabulous! I am awaiting a total Knee replacement but lately the pain is at the back of my knee is in deep, and alll the tendon insertion points, or hamstring points on both tib and fib, are excruciating…I just tried this reverse stretch, and hope fully it can help .Great to find you…I am female age 61 for info..

Thank you! This is really interesting. I knew my hamstrings were very tight, but I thought my back was causing it. Turns out it wasn't! Just tight hamstrings.
