If you want a well-defined, impressive looking six pack then you need to incorporate weighted abs exercises into your ab training routine! These exercises allow you to easily progressively overload your abs with weight in order to grow your abs and get them to “pop out” more. In this video I’ll be going through the 4 best weighted ab exercises, and show how you can incorporate them into an weighted ab routine. I often get asked if you should do ab exercises with weights, and in my opinion if you want your abs to “pop” then using a weighted ab routine is a must!

Excellent series of videos. I'm 54 and recovering from 3 separate leg fractures from sports injuries to a car accident :) I am learning very late to train to my best abilities. I get frustrated by my limitations but am learning to push through the pain and range of motion restrictions. These vids are inspirational and motivating for me. Very clearly presented too. Gotta be careful with the leg raises, cause a lot of people i find use their hip flexors more than their abs. When done properly, killer exercise.

This is honestly one of the best workout videos I've seen. Good editing, specific advice, exercises are show in wide shots, progressions are shown, a sample workout is given. No bullshit fluff footage where the athlete drives tk the gym in his car or shows us what's he's having breakfast.

Having a strong core has more purpose than just looking good, if you aren't completely skinny this doesn't mean you shouldn't strengthen your own goals....they might not be purely aesthetic.

one of the better work out videos I've watched. I've been doing P90's ab ripper x, and while it's great, I feel like I'm hitting a plateau after 3 months already. This is straight to the point and very well explained

My ab routine.
1. Side bends, 3 sets of 15 at 55 pounds
2. Hanging leg raise, 3 sets of 15 with 15 pounds
3. Decline crunches, 3 sets of 15 at 45 pounds.

This is the best channel for workout education guys. I found other channels to be just circling around the point, especially Jeff Cavaliere. He just keeps confusing you especially if you're a beginner like me until you purchase his routine plans. This is the only channel I follow.

Could you do a video of abs exercises that I could do at an apartment without the need of purchasing any big machines? I currently only have dumbbells. I’d also love a video of step by step how to start muscle building at home.
