Simple thing is push your self what your potential is. Dont do ego lifting. Do 3-4 exercises for each big body part and 2 workouts f9r smaller muscles and if you want do cardio for 15 mints for heart health

Also, exercise should start from the childhood. If you start in your 20s/25s, your boundaries are limited but can still push the limits gradually. Look at MMA fighters for example. They are workhorses. The difference is that they have started early in any one discipline and pushed themselves to that level gradually. Most MMA athletes have a heart rate of during training/fighting even at the age of 35 is over 200. Let your bodies adapt. No MMA fighter has died of a heart attack.

It depends on your body recovery, diet, good sleep and everybody body tolerance is different.Exercise is very important as per overall health.Checking and knowing your body limits is the crucial factor that how much stress it can handle so listen to your body then everything will be fine.

What you eat that matters n spending 2 hrs in gym then spending 12 14 hrs in ac, it is obvious that one or other day heart attack will happen... Soldiers farmers n construction workers hardly go through any such trauma bcz their body get used to it...

Simple thing just push your exercise limit with your natural diet don't take protien powder and other medicine products (don't be a complan boy)

I have been running and extreme level of cardio since 1.5 years 2 times daily for ssc GD and loose weight 25kg from 85 kg to 59.7 kg 😂😂😂 not a single problem happened to me 😂😂😂
