Good video. I noticed that calories do count on Keto. I also noticed with the high fat content I'm not as hungry or hungry as frequently as I was pre Keto.

Great info! Thank you... The protein has been mine, so I end up eating more veggies and they sometimes kicked me out of ketosis, even though they're all very low carb, does that mean I have a very low tolerance for them? Maybe I should try carnivore 🤔😂

Great check up reminders to hear every so often. Laughed at the comment about protein becoming chocolate cake. Some would love the chocolate cake to become protein.😝 Alas it doesn't work that way but we know how good we feel eating a proper keto diet. Thanks for the check up tips.👍

Personally I don’t count vegetable carbohydrates at all. I do really well eating unlimited vegetables (non starchy). Everyone is different though, obviously!

I follow the healthy keto..which includes 7 to 10 cups of veggies/greens, and don't count the greens carbs ...I don't crave any sweets or carbs at this point...6 weeks in...I usually have an abundance of energy...I am also doing 8/16 now for 3 1/2 weeks..and my hungry is gettting less and less where I may be moving to 1/24 a couple times a week. I do like the 2MAD and I work out 4 to6 x a week doing HIIT/Interval trainging in a class..I love it...I am still learning..am a little slower as I have once vice which has been alchohol a few times a week (no carb/sugar - but I understand exactly how it slows me for 1 to 3 days..yes since I am down about 10 inches and 9 pounds I continued. I just ordered some supplements I got from another video on KETO that help with not drinking LOL anyway...I am ready to go ALL IN :) I NEVER cheat exept that I guess...THanks for your help!

Angelo please can you answer a question for me.
My blood sugars comes down to 3.7-4.4 after a meal but starts creeping up before my next meal. Does that mean I am not in ketosis? Should your blood sugar stay at below 4.4 until you eat next? Thank you so much

Hi Angelo. I was vegetarian. Then step to keto because I learn it’s ok for diabetic. But I’m not comfortable of eating meat eggs etc everyday. Do you think a vegetarian and diabetic person can do keto. Hope you can help. Thank you.
