Mediterranean Cucumber Salad

Looks like a great salad. The only thing I wouldn't do is to cut out the interior (center) of the cucumber and tomatoes. Two reasons: I like the taste of the entire vegetable, plus, needless to say, there's definitely the 'full range' of nutrition included. Again, looks really tasty. Good job.
