Also, when doing the side step from squat position using the yellow band... don't bounce up and down like me. My booty was a little tired from a good lift session apparently 😬😅

Maddy!!! Can you please make a video that shows some beginners basic work outs at the gym??? I'm also too afraid to start the weight room or machines in the gym cuz I dont even know where to start!! It would be really awesome if you could do a video just showing some basic upper body, lower body, booty and core work outs at the gym!!!
