I've watched numerous videos showing how to get to the hardware troubleshooter but in my version of Windows 10 it's neither in the settings nor in the control panel. It's a total Dk move by Microsoft to hide it. It didn't solve my issue of USB ports not being recognized but thank you for showing us this.

Did not fix my problem. I'm really getting frustrated at this issue i'm having and as good as I am with PC things and my friends no one can solve this. Problem is my mouse & keyboard keeps dcing/reconnecting and they are NOT wireless. Windows troubleshoot ''fixed USB disconnect problems blabla OK'' But still having problems. Power issues checked, drivers checked idk what to do man. This started ever since I added new M.2 SSD but idk how that can affect. My headset is USB too and it doesn't have any effects on this. Yes I have tried on other pc, other mouses etc and they are all fine...

Thank mate. Btw why do Windows gotta be so frickens annoying huh. Makes you wanna pull your hair and slap them, and swap operative system. LIke just be stable and make life easier. Apriciate for saving windows and the people 4real. I dont know the impact of this trouble shoot but hopefully it fixex my blue screen, so far it has detected some sort of "never update drivers" fixed. Crosses finger for all of having good PC experience.
