I'm trying to fix the fatal device hardware error through cmd (it says ok on "status")
but I don't know what my external hard drives letter is. And I can't access my hard drive so I can know its letter. I'm losing my mind here, please help 😢

If I were to update the drivers manually, where would I find them myself? My drivers for the Toshiba mk5055gsx are from 2006 and I think it might be the culprit!
