I practice the 80-40 rule and battery life on my Pixel 3 really hasn't degraded. Not that it was ever great to begin with. I use so many phones that I really should stop caring.

I like your battery test between Pixel 1 through 7. The 3 held up better than I expected. Longer than the 4 which had 90 Hz but smaller battery size.

That battery health is not the main thing. Compare when you first got the phone and a year later. Does the battery last exactly the same amount time as when you first got it? That i want to know.

Iphone XR held up for me super good it's been 1 year and the result of the battery health is at 98. I would charge it to 80 everyday and then leave it charging to 20 and use dark mode and low power mode. But here's one thing I would let y'all advise and that is to stop charging phones overnight and not charge your phone 2-3 times a day just 1 a day to save battery capacity by 22-25 percent

I have had my iPhone 11 for nine months now, and have been using it mostly for two/three hours per day (since I mostly use my Galaxy A42 5G ) and my battery health is 100% still.
Forgot to mention that I'm using the wireless charging all of the time.
