There is a lots of Myth regarding Low Power mode and 0-100% weekly - So read this before commenting...
1- Mind it well low power mode is to save battery life and not to save battery health. if you want to dig more about this then watch the apple event where they unveiled the low power mode feature in iPhone. Low power mode usually limits all background activities of phone like iCloud upload, Apps refreshing, sending diagnostics data, Apps updating, etc.. to save power but to use low power mode every single time will reduce the performance of iPhone and battery as well in long run and it's practically proven those guys using low power mode every time loses battery health easily. for proof kindly contact me on instagram @dstecknowledge will share you ss

2- if you will do 0-100 very often then definitely it will negatively impact on battery health but if you are charge 18-94 every day and let say in week you charge 12 times so it's still a less number of charges but if you are like me a real tough user then usually I charge 23-25 times per week so it means 25 times my iPhone battery charge from 18-95 or between the numbers not exactly, so still some ions in the lithium battery will be there in ideal and eventually will dead ( below 18%) bcz I'm not letting down battery below 18% and above 95% so there are several lithium ions left unused so once a week or once a month depending upon usage 0-100% refreshes the all lithium ions and gives a better battery life and it's written at the Wikipedia page of lithium ion batteries, Hope you will understand what exactly I want to explain you, If still you have any questions left then feel free to ask...XD

If you can't reach a charger, no problem. Draining your battery on purpose is not ideal. Don't let it get below 20% before charging.

Life is short, use your phone freely. No matter how you save the battery it will degrade after 1 year.

I love that your first tip is about the charging limits. I practice this but I use a device called Chargie because I can sometimes forget that I have a charging phone but my Chargie can help prevent overheating and overcharging.

I suggest: everytime your done using the app you should close it or double tap the home button and close it
(Sorry for bad grammar)

I appreciate this! I’m going to be receiving a 14 pro max soon, and I currently have an 11 that is down to 73% peak performance 😂 so I’m going to do better with this next one!
