Thank you Leon, I am a mother of a high school sophomore, and I started running a few years ago when my mother and brother passed away 12 days apart...I know running has saved my mental health, running to me it's like magic, it's made me stronger, smarter, happier, it's really a magic bullet...but I'm so sad and frustrated because I cannot convince my 15 year old boy to pick it up to help survive the next 3 years in high school.
