I’m guessing NHS in the USA 🇺🇸 is not the same as the NHS in the UK 🇬🇧

This isn't just important to know for applying to schools. Employers want this on resumes too. Don't just say what your previous job titles were or even necessarily the job duties. Talk about what you actually accomplished. "Took over XYZ project and completed it a month ahead of schedule and $100K under budget." That's the sort of thing that gets a prospective employer interested. They want to know that you can get results.

Quick tip—you can actually include descriptions in the title of the activity, if it's not too clear what the activity is!

I did this, had a 4.6 and a 36 ACT/1570 SAT. I got rejected from all my higher level schools and ended up at the University of Alabama 🤠
