If you want a shy guy to like you, YOU have to approach him, he will never ever approach you. Another HUGE problem is pressuring him, for example asking if he likes anyone. This puts so much stress on him because he will be too shy to say yes or he will be afraid to say no because then he will be afraid that you won't talk to him again, even though he probably has a crush on you.

Another massive problem is asking him out when he knows pretty much nothing about you. Most shy guys will want to get to know you first. I have been in countless situations where a girl asked me out and I was just too uncomfortable to answer and will had a bad impact on our relationship. So DO NOT DO THAT. You want to ease your way in and do not rush.

Don't be freaked out if you catch him staring, you should be delighted! This means he is interested and wants to be with you but he will most likely not approach you, you have to do the approach!

As a very "shy guy", I can tell you that this video is 99% truth. I could relate so much to this video because I live 12/13 of these signs. There's a STUNNING girl in my school (I'm a junior in HS btw) and she is indescribably gorgeous. Girls watching this: Do what Lizzie says here, smile at us, let us know that we're not awkward looking idiots so we can feel more comfortable around you and as a person in general. I was staring at this girl I mentioned earlier in class once and she smiled back somewhat and was flirting a bit and I was in a million times better mood and had much more confidence for the entire week.
