PSA! Don't build everything all at once as this could cause bugs that prevent from certain things appearing after construction, like storage, furniture and cosmetics. Instead build 2 - 3 things at a time, periodically leaving the crafting bench and confirm what you actually build is there! Should you choose not heed this warning you will get missing items in your house that stands out like a sore thumb, IE levitating mannequin because the table did not spawn under it!

I have just started Heljarken Hall and did your mining and tea break trick, my character ended up with 3046 stone because my neighbour dropped in some Christmas treats! Double whammy!
I always build one of the towers to have a great sniping balcony and lookout point.

Extremely helpful video. Still worth noting that you can buy lumber at your steward too 👍 But of course steward becomes available once you build small house - but to build it lumber you have on start is enough.

Btw I let my character mine Quarried Stone while I was watching and ended up with ~1, 000 stones by the end. Figure that's not a bad start. At least her arms got a good warm-up for all the iron she's about to mine..

I really wish this video had been around when I built my first house, great shout on getting all your stuff together before you build and then saving, for some reason that never occurred to me .... Really good video, but if you don't mind me saying as good a video as this is, I think you should be concentrating on videos to get more subs

About the logs. You are able if are in good standing with the lumbermill owner/worker to use the mill yourself. With Lod all it takes just chop some wood. If you are into immersion that is. Its better this way as you save money by doing it your self.

I don't know if it's on others but they legendary edition on the PS3 if you decorate the small house when you convert it you'll keep an end table to the right of the door as you first enter
