I don't agree 100% with this video.
I know lots of people who became just the opposite of what their parents are, or thought them, some for better some for worse.
I agree in the last part, we as adults need to stop blaming our parents for our failures or mistakes and take responsability for ourselves.

A lot of the people I work with need to watch this video. My father is old school Mexican and he showed my siblings and I tough love, manners, respect, courtesy, and being a righteous person. He also taught us not to take any shit and don't let anyone disrespect you. Thanks to my father I am mentally and physically strong.

I agree with a lot of this. I don't agree with it being so bad that someone has dirt in their fingernails. If you have a blue collar job like construction or auto mechanic, then it's really hard not to have dirt in your fingernails.
