I’ve been overweight my whole life and last year I hit my highest weight of 320 pounds. I felt so defeated and tried everything to loose the weight. I did so many quick fix diets and lost weight but would quit after a month or so and gain it all back.

Now i have started to try go slow. I hope this will help me stay consistent. I’ve only lost 7 pounds in 4 weeks but I keep trying to motivate myself and tell myself this is better because I can actually sustain this for long. Hopefully in a year or so I’ll come back here and update that I’ve finally lost the weight.
