'I Can't Go Out And Do ANYTHING” 700+lb Man Needs A Change | My 600-lb Life

As a husband and father of two, Chad who is 700+lbs has become fed up and annoyed at himself as he is not able to spend time and do the normal things a father would be able to do with his family, all due to his weight and size.

I looked it up online. He lost over 400 pounds and continues to workout and diet and is still married to his wife. He's also back to working.

My husband had diabetes and if I didn't give him what he wanted he would throw a temper tantrum. Nope I never enabled I said I'd rather you be mad than you die. I went toe to toe with him. He lost 150 and diabetes is done. He is doing great and I'm so damn proud of him. You can tell he is happier and thank me all the time when he sees this show that I never enabled him and fought for him to be alive. I only motivated he did all the work. So thankful for all of that

I work at a small retail store in Central NY, one day a very kind man came in with his wife and kids and told me he has to have a very wide boot because of his ankles…. Soon he came to tell me his name was Chad and he was on season 4 of my 600 lb life. I can definitely say he is thriving now and is In incredible shape!

Honestly he's the first one that I seen on the show who can fit in the vehicle to drive it.

The saddest fact is only 5% of bariatric patients actually keep the weight off long term. I was told that when I looked into it myself. I'm down over 150 pounds and by September will be a healthy weight having lost over 200 WITHOUT SURGERY

I find it remarkable how someone is willing to completely uproot their life and move to a different location to see a doctor, when really all the doctor is going to do is to tell them to eat less frequently, and to eat healthier, sure they are going to be doing a medical procedure but ultimately he has put himself into this position.

There seems to be a lot of drama from him for sympathy. He is waited on, hand and foot by a ten year old! His wife cooks him large platefuls of greasy, fried food and that's called enabling.

His poor wife and children. You can't sit there and say you want to change while continuing to shove 10, 000 calories worth of food in your mouth and making your young children take care of you. I really hope he improved his health.

Funny how he says - let see what he (the doctor) can do! He doesn’t get it that he is the one that will have to do it! I do not get it that he still is able to move around with all this weight!
