This Leg Day workout is all about building strength and endurance in those legs. Your quads, hamstrings and glutes are going to feel the burn with multiple sets of each lower body exercise combined with quick bursts of cardio to finish off each circuit. Using dumbbells only today so grab yours and follow along!

HEATHER! Once again, saving my life <3
My fitness was so good post HR 12 WEEK 2.0, and I was even on track to run a marathon in November, but my mom died last month and it was so consuming I fell off the band wagon. Not only did I feel like I lost a part of myself, I didn't even feel confident in my body anymore. This workout with you motivated me so much. It felt so much less lonely. Thank you <3

These are my FAVORITE type of repeat workouts. I love repeating the same exercise back to back. Allows me to focus on form, and try to work to fatigue on the last set - which is what is going to give better results!!! Even repeated circuits don't really allow me to do this. And I also love the break down of the exercises in the description. Helps me set out my weights that I need and gets me ready for a good workout. Thank you Heather. You are amazing!!!

I usually always use the same weights as Heather and I have done this session before, but here for most exercises, 25lbs is too heavy for me...I was worried about hurting my knees and lower back... so I used lighter weights for some of them... I listened to my body... I am in for the long run -) I love doing the calendar workouts and never miss one... so grateful! Thank you!

I love how you get right to the point on these videos and don't talk lol. Ive done workout videos from other YouTubers and the talking and heavy breathing makes me nervous and anxious! Although I felt my legs almost collapse under me I focused on my strength and kept my composure until the time was up. Definitely looking forward to checking out more of your sessions 🤠!!!

I have been doing your workouts for almost 2 years now and I gotta say I am in the best shape of my life - even better than when I was going to the gym 6 days a week/training for half marathons. This was the new challenge I was looking for. Not gonna lie a lot of the sets I just had to do body weighted for fear of popping a hamstring. I don't think I'm going to be able to walk tomorrow 😂

This one was so good! I was really focused and tried to go heavier than usual but still staying safe. I am drenched in sweat. I thought we had one more circuit and was bracing myself but it was a cool down. I almost broke out into a praise dance.

I know I'm going to feel my legs tomorrow. I will make sure to do some yoga and light walking ^^

What I really appreciate in all your workouts is the good warming up and stretching! Many youtubers have intense workouts but not many have such good warm ups and cool downs that protect from injury!
