Harbor Freight for tools and tool boxes. Maybe even Husky from Home Depot. They don’t need to be professional mechanic grade. I’m a fan of Milwaukee power tools. Something small and then something big that you zip lug nuts on/off with.
2-4 ft breaker bar(s)
Torque wrench(es)
Jack(s) & Jack stands
Wheel chocks (???)
Small air compressor
You’ll need a chest for tools but then you’ll also want a tool box with a waist level flat top (bench) to work on.
