So let me get this straight....

1.) You want me to remove my front license plate, which is illegal in most states.
2.) You want me to lower my vehicle so running over a speed bump destroys my subframe plus my oil pan.
3.) Absolutely become obnoxious with a loud exhaust on a 4 banger fart can.
4.) Tint my windows, full well knowing that there is a percentage threshold you can't pass or you'll fail inspection if they are to dark, wasting 100s of dollars.

The real best mod to start with, especially if you're unfamiliar with had tools, is a strut brace. Has an effect on the car's handling, doesn't require follow up work, and you learn about your tools and stuff like torque specs while doing it

Lowering the car helps with aerodynamics as it lowers drag so the car is faster and has higher top speed
