I have to agree. Just set up my new M4 iPad Pro 13 today - upgrading from the M1 iPad Pro 12.9. You are absolutely right on the Magic Keyboard. The whole thing feels magical and does everything simply and easily. I never thought it would be better than the old one and cursed Apple for making me get a new Magic Keyboard I now appreciate why and how essential it is to taking it to the next level. The M4 chip deserves it. You sit in front of it and it is hard not to say "WOW" and keep the smile off your face.

What is the usb c charging port for? Does anyone notice the rocking of the keyboard no matter what position you have it in or if you have it on your bed or desk?

What about typing over-laps experience? the old 12.9" with magic keyboard was pretty unstable and always flip over...

However great the track pad is, there are times when I want to turn it off. On my current iPad Pro I can't do this. When I play certain games where the track pad has no function, just a touch of my arm or sleeve the game clears and restarts. Apple has offered no solution to this. All I want is to be able to disable it in some way. Will this continue on the new iPad Pro?

I’ll be getting a 13-inch Latop sleeve to carry the iPad/Keyboard around in. Something with corner protection and keep the iPad from spilling out if I drop it.

I got the M1 iPad Pro with the Magic Keyboard that released alongside it, and that combo has turned out to be one of my all time best purchases. If you’re thinking about getting the new iPad and the keyboard I don’t think you should be turned off by the price of the keyboard, because I’m confident you’ll love it for years to come. It’s simply worth the price.

I have the new 11” iPad Pro M4 with the Pencil Pro and the Magic Keyboard and am thoroughly enjoying the combo experience (well, maybe not the pencil) but in all the reviews, where the escape key is mentioned none of the say what that key does! So please, explain what the escape key is used for as I haven’t been able to find anything it works with 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I’ve found the space bar to pause and arrow keys to skip are glitchy in the YouTube app. They intermittently work/stop working on mine. Not sure if you’ve encountered the same.

Can I lay the Ipad flat on it to use the pencil? Without putting it bare on the table and scratch it? Only reason I don’t buy it

It's a little surprising that you didn't notice the tiny rubber lib surrounding the keys that acts as the cushion to protect the iPad screen!

I dont get the haptics - checked it is turned on in the trackpad settings but still nothing.

Hi When i start to type a blue square around the edge of my screen comes on, & when i write a word & what a space between the words then it appears & I don’t get a space between words. I am using the iPad Pro 13 with the Apple MK. Thank you. Tyrone

I picked one up a few days ago at Best Buy…I must say the additional 45W USB charging port is probably the most compelling feature of this $300 keyboard? I need Apple to fix the defective Assessibility touch function after iPad OS 16.7 broke it though…

I want a new Magic Keyboard that can allow for the iPad Pro to hinging all the way to flat like the Surface Laptop Studio. That way I don't have to continue to take it off the keyboard to lay it flatter for sketching.

I'm sorry but the lack of ability to put ipad in the drawing mode makes this totally useless for all the artists, which they absolutely market towards, so I'm confused why they didn't think of this. If this could fold forwards in front of the keyboard or backwards for a tilted tablet access, it would be a really new and irreplaceable accessory. 😢

I just wish it would fold down into itself the same way the surface studio laptop does so you can leave it cased when on tablet form

So I have watched every video that is out on these new keyboards and not one of you has mentioned if these have backlit keys or not. Doesn't anyone think this is worth mentioning when doing any keyboard review? Anyway, do these new ones have or not have backlit keys?

As soon as I started typing on the new keyboard it made me smile. I was expecting it to be just as good as the previous one, but it’s better.
