Thanks for the video. I bought an iPad Pro 13" 2024 and the Magic Keyboard is tempting me. But I found I don't need it, I didn't take any keyboard with me on my 2 week trip to Italy. I am comfortable typing on the big iPad and have two MacBooks for normal use. It's as you say in the video. 👍🏻

I have the M4 iPad and installed some 3rd party keyboards. But when i press the globe button on magic keyboard, those 3rd keyboards wont show. When i remove the ipad from the magic keyboard they are appearing. Is there a setting for this as i dont know why this happening.

I think that a lot of things that you mentioned like constantly using the control center with you fingers vs using the keys on the keyboard comes from habit. I have the 13 inch and since buying the keyboard, I literally almost never touch the screen. i completely rely on all the keys like to adjust the brightness, volume, and lock the screen. Overall, I love my keyboard but like I said before, If you find yourself touching the screen to adjust certain things that have their own key functions, It's more out of habit than anything else.

Great video! I’ve been using this plus my 11inch M4 for a while as a MacBook replacement and it’s been amazing so far. I’m just worried I won’t use it as much when I upgrade my MacBook down the line.

And oh the irony, that you have to take extra care to make sure the case—which first and foremostly is supposed to protect the iPad—is protected from getting damaged itself 🤦🏻‍♂🙄😂

I miss that new magic keyboard. I upgrade to the M4 from the M2 mainly for that bad boy which was a bad move. I ended up taking it back after I came to my senses. I cant wait to use that keyboard again though a year or two from now when my M2 is alittle older and makes more sense to get rid of

Eu tinha um antigo, num iPad Pro de 10.5 polegadas. Era o pior teclado do mundo., mas agora esse modelo está muito bom
