Cool video! I would also say: trim former experience that is completely irrelevant for the position and mention personal awards, (travel) grants, stipends (together with numbers, even if they are small) and any other signs that some person or institution acknowledged you before as someone who stands out. Even achievements in sports can work on your behalf as they are a sign of patience, work ethic, and persistence.

1 was able to scale from 0 to 90 units and creative financing was a big way to scale fast. With it becoming a buyers market and people still wanting seller market home prices, creative financing is the win-win situation. Your price, but my terms. If you can master off market lead generation and creative financing, you can scale big in 2023. I still work a W2 as I stabilize my 90 unit portfolio.

I’d love it if you could focus in the personal brand piece, as it is subjective. I understand that it will be different in terms of scale for you versus the masses, but I know from your content. You and Alex are looking to leverage your personal brands and community across the various platforms. I am new professional working in my number one, I have a unique work position in terms learning with my mentor and opportunities where I am. I am highly set on that singular focus, however I don’t want to let a key facet of my image fall to wayside. I’d like to make sure I am not sacrificing something that important for the urgent.
