So many good tips here. Those stair railings white with black balusters look longer than 6ft. I have been having trouble finding that exact one longer than 6ft. Unfortunately my stairs are 7ft and it's been so hard to find. Any tips ? We replaced all the railings including one set of stairs, but the second set of stairs for some reason are a little longer making it a nightmare to deal with. Unfortunately the post is on the side of the bottom step not on the actual step, if it was then no we would not have a problem. If we move it, then the top post would have to get moved and my husband does not feel confident in doing that Lol
