I used to go to this Irish Pub pre-covid (RIP Otooles) and they had a small bathroom with one urinal and one stall. The urinal had a headrest cushion above the urinal that you could lean your head on and make the perfect angle to release a full tank. How i miss that bar.

In Portland Oregon they have Benson fountains that have four spouts. You put thumbs on 2 and that increases flow on others so you don't have to touch the fountain.
