Used to smoke 3 to 4 cigarettes a day for around 5 years. Couldnt quit. Then i used vape for two months and i was able to stop my cigarette addiction. Now i have stopped using vape too. Vape is far safer but use it as a means to quit smoking and not as a lifestyle choice. Also hit the gym and drink lots of water.

Don’t spread false awareness. Vapes are banned and cigarettes are not by government due to tax benefits for the government. Cigarettes are huge turnover so they can’t ban.

Yes It has nicotine but you can gradually decrease the amount of your nicotine intake. Eventually quitting.

I'm 22 and never touched a cigarette or a vape in my life but i have friends who are chain smokers and some who have swirched to vaping assumjng its a safer alternative. I believed them until i found evidence proving otherwise. I am terrified of passive smoking which has cause friendships to severe because i genuinely don't know how to find people i wish to associate with who don't smoke or drink sigh
