i dont understand how a phone that costs this much constantly has this issue. its happened to me like three times in a week now. I just dont recieve texts.

I can text people just fine but I'm not receiving texts at all! I even had my sim card changed and I'm still not receiving texts. It's super frustrating especially since I do a lot of work through text messages. Samsung needs to figure out what is going on with this issue!

The only way I can send messages is by restarting my phone, and then do the message. So annoying

For me it's I can't send messages or be on a phone call unless I'm connected to the internet. Before I didn't have any issue I could turn off mobile data and still make phone calls. Now I have calls dropping every 30 seconds or it won't even ring

For me I can text someone but for a specific number I van text them but when they text me it says content not supported

I can text but xfinity will not allow videos longer then 5 seconds. Why? I've reset, checked settings, etc and xfinity and samsung and have no clue. Short videos, less than 1 minture, should work especially on wifi. Help!!!

hard reset wipes out your apps on the phone, you have to reinstall the apps

Sometimes I can only receive texts if I'm connected to the internet. Someone could try to contact me and I wouldn't know until I get home hours later. I'm not sure if this is a related issue.

None of this solutions worked, I did a sim card uptade, E-sim not worked, factory reset, not worked. I guess I sould have to buy a new phone.
