Just did it. Had to cycle through red green blue, but on the 4th time while it was on blue, the line disapeared.
It does work.

I came back to say thanks! At first it didn't work, but I kinda notice that it made the line a little bit thinner. So I did the cycle a hundred times, and now it's super thin that I hardly notice. Maybe it really does work for some, but I'm gonna go have my phone fix. Some YT vids says the problem is the LCD not being glued well. Still, thanks!

As others have said, a temporary fix only.
You can as well just restart your phone, which also fixes the issue, until it happens again.

I've just bought a new s23 phone to replace my old note 20 ultra. Was planning to give the 2-year-old note 20 ultra to my wife. But what did you know, while I was transferring data from the note 20 to s23 suddenly a green line appeared on the note ultra. This really made me questioned the quality of Samsung product especially on a flagship phone like the note series. Now I'm worrying the same fate will be befallen on the s23. If this issue does occur to s23 phone than people should really consider ditching Samsung to other more reliable brand. There should be no excuses from Samsung. Samsung should have given free replacement screen for the victim affected by this issue. Its been happening since the release of the s20 series phone and now s21 and s22 are also affected by this problem. Seem like Samsung is playing the wai0ting game hoping the problem to only occur after the warranty period end thus denying responsibility after that.

There are A BUNCH of horizontal (when in portriat mode, ) Black lines across the screen and they're all evenly spaced. You can see through them as they are very thin, but I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
