Sir you are indeed a great help to be honest . My phone all of a sudden got switched of despite of 100 % battery . Since i was really upset and i tried to look for assistance on the YouTube and i saw your video n after following the steps it did work n finally my mobile phone started working back again . I was thinking of taking this phone to the mobile repair center which probably has costed me money 4 sure . Thank you for your video, the last time this happened, I tried your method and it worked. Surprisingly a few days ago my battery went down and when I tried it again (power button and volume up) the reboot menu came up, but before I press the power button to confirm reboot, my phone automatically shut down. Now I am trying both methods but nothing works. Any help, please?
