Help for the emotional and psychological impact of cancer

Recorded and shared with written permission. Exploring the impact of living with and beyond cancer at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust Health and Wellbeing Event 25th October 2018. This presentation will help people affected by cancer deal with the impact of disease on their mental wellbeing and includes a frank, open and honest discussion around depression, anxiety and resilience, as well as offering hope and a chance to think about mindfulness, how to challenge negative thinking and other ways of coping.
