Your not done yet..That house all said and done will cost you between 300k and 400k
You can get a full basement instead of crawl space in Missouri for that price

My coworker built a 24 x 40 (1 is in loft) 2 bed, 1 bath with cathedral ceilings, all the finishes, spray foamed & a garage, and radiant heated floors for 60k just before and during the pandemic. I remodeled my entire 3 bed 1.5 bath, 1400 sqft home(from april 2020 to june 16th 2023) with full walk up attic prepped to be a 4th bed room. All spray foamed everywhere, all new electric from the panel, all new plumbing, 3'x5' custom tile shower with tile floor and a bathtub, all dimmable recessed lights through out. New windows, doors, roof, siding, all new fixtures for around..45k. We kept the kitchen cabinets and it should be another..3500 for all new green soap stone counter top in the kitchen and a new sink. We both work in construction though. If you put in the work..its alot cheaper. In central NY*

permits, fees, septic, well, finishing work and land clearing? double those prices and you're now in the ballpark. most people would drag a prefab $100k home on the land, pay $25k to set it up and be done in 2 days. irony is prefab homes are built about as well as most modern homes are these days.

Not bad…I’ll start buying stuff now and start building in 2 years ..seem like if I try to get all the doors, windows, lumbar, etc for cheap only thing I actually got to pay for is concrete and etc😂start digging my own whole and have professional help along the way (I know I need permission from city blah blah ) let y’all know how it goes

Not considering how did you get water/sewer to the house or electric.. Did the land already have those connections? If not, homeowner pays for that to get installed… Not to mention some of these prices are very low, usually new roof is around 16k for a modest home of around 1300sqft….. The electric work also seemed low, the AC was on point…
