It's Mike Chang with sixpackshortcuts, and I'm about to show you a freaking crazy workout. When I say crazy, I mean it. These exercises are going to get you so shredded and so ripped that your abs would have no choice but to pop out and scream for help. And oh yeah, women would have no choice but to adore you. :)

Lets not waste time and and get the workout started.

**Video breakdown:

30 second for each exercise
No rest in between
Repeat for three sets

Exercises:

High knee
Push up with knee combo
Jumping lunges
Burpees with out the pushups

I am 52 years old and I don't have time to go to the gym so my daughter sugested me to do at home Micke Chain six packs shortcuts. I started doing it. I am not so bad in doing it and I love it. Thanks for these short videos, it really help me. I have lost like 7 pounds in two weeks. I am really happy. I know my legs, arms and abs will look much better in the future.

Guys if you want this to work, don't do it everyday. I lost weight myself with these Mike Chang videos. About 20 pounds of fat to be exact along with clean eating. Do this routine 3x a week, monday, wednesday, friday. The point is to give your body a rest day so that's why not two days in a row. And remember don't eat trash because it's a "Fat burner" cardio, won't work if you eat trash.

Man, I have to say that I've just finished doing this and I feel the burn. I'm REALLY glad that you're doing this in the video because it lets me know when to stop and do the next one. You didn't quit, I didn't quit. Doing your tips and stuff really helps, thanks.

I've watching Mike's video for months and became a great fan!! I myself have been training for years and it is always good to learn something I haven't done. His workout really works for sure, I know it because I follow his stuff at home or in gym when I don't have much time, and it makes me exhausted. Trust me, this guy is good.

Loving these workouts, only been doing em for about a week now, this one and a few more of Mikes workouts. I can feel a difference, and I can actually start seeing the difference too. Insane workouts though, leave you out of breath afterwards, but you feel good after too.

Love these Freaking Crazy Workouts. Such a time saver! Mike's so freakin funny too XD! Besides doing this in morning on empty stomach (water only), try in late afternoon also (4pm- ish) - turbo charges rest of your day without coffee or junk food

Hello, I am 29 years old skinny guy that developped kind of a beer belly and am now terrified at the idea of getting fat. I want to gain muscle and lose extra fat so I've decided to start working out doing abs and upper compound workouts, just want to say that I've realised that you cannot lose weight just by Lifting Heavy weights and abs so i've started doing Mike's cardio excersises which are really killing me and since I do smoke I have a really bad cardio and this is helping me to quit smoking. I've just torn my cigarette pack after doing the cardio and threw it in the garbage..   Thanks Mike keep doing what you do and keep motivating people, You are the Man.
I just have a question How much time do I need to do cardio everyday to burn that fat? Thanks

I do this in the morning before getting ready (I do strength training in the PM). My lungs seem like they are on fire even after 2-3 hrs have passed. This is a great way to start a day. It takes 5 minutes and you feel alert and present at work. Personally I dont like to work out in the morning. But 5 minutes?? You can't beat that. I felt like half the time at work I was worried about my health. Now with this to start my day, I don't worry and I stay focused at work.

i was keeping up till your video started jumping threw sections like crazy but i finished all 3 sets and im sweating and trying to catch my breath thank you for your help im one week in and watching you do the workouts with me is great motivation
