Theses are really wild times. We all have emotional health concerns when life is turned up side down. I had to really motivate myself to keep moving so I can maintain proper muscle mass. I have lost some muscle mass and things are not tight. But more importantly, keeping fit is all about reducing my blood pressure and keeping my body in fitness so I cant take care of myself. Being older, it is important to keep the body fit, an in my case. It is a lifestyle deal. It is about keeping mind, body, and spirit fit.
