I see so many people in my gym doing the wrong way. I told one girl nicely who was raising her feet and leaning way forward that she was doing it wrong and could hurt herself and told her the right way. She just gave me an annoyed side eye and kept on doing it that way. I was so embarrassed and felt i was too nosy. So now I don't say anything even if i see other people using the machine wrong way. Two days later i overheard her telling her friend she felt pain in her knees and feel like something is pulling and piercing her ankle.
