EASY 1-2-3 Banana Bread: Light Fluffy and Delicious - Steph’s Stove

Easy 1-2-3 Banana Bread with Cake Mix

1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup nuts (optional)
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas mashed up

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium mixing bowl add cake mix, nuts, and gently toss to coat the nuts. Add eggs and mashed bananas. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.

Brush two disposable loaf pans with cake goop or baking spray. Divide mixture into the two loaf pans.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow banana bread to cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy, share, or freeze the loaves for later.

I just ate two pieces of this, yesterday my wife was about to throw out three rip bananas.so I looked up banana bread on YouTube, this is the first video I looked at, so I read some comments and liked the idea of a spice cake mix. Got the mix today, put it together, added some blueberries from the fridge that needed to be used. I will be doing this again. Thanks
