HOW TO PROGRAM A NEW OEM BMW KEY FOB

the used keys from others cars can’t be programmed to another car. If you want to buy a used one first ask to your local lock smith if they can program it . because i bought ones and i contacted all my local smiths in my area and no body cant program the used key fobs because they were already used .

It’s misleading! You need to get a key programmed to your car first. The step you showed is just pair the key to the car.

jey is already programmed by dealer and this video is for pairing with your car... just like bluetooth .... this is misconception

Second: We press once on the brake, then I move my feet away.
Third: Press the start button

does anyone know if I can pair 2 keys to 5sieries bmw. just replaced battery. key I used was working perfecly. didnt need to pair. but the other key, wich I never used. I can start the kar no problem but cant lock and unlock the car with buttons.

Your instructions are not complete!

Press brake
Place key fob nose between > 🔑 <
Press stat & hold then release when you see a message saying engine won't start on instrument panel turn off - press to start if start key fob is good to go
Then check key for proper operations
