How to program a new Nissan 350Z Key Fob

My Nissan 350Z only came with one key and key fob. Thankfully key fobs are really cheap. I ordered one off of Amazon and in this video I’m going to walk through the process of programming it for my 2007 350Z. It should be the same for any other year.

It doesn't have to be a brand new fob, I took a fob from a 2006 Nissan 350Z I used to own and used your method and it reprogrammed it for the 2004 Nissan 350Z I currently own. Thank you so much.

This video helped so much. I got my z about 7 months ago and it’s a rebuild 😒 and it came with 2 cheap keys that were copied and no key fobs. A month later I found out 350z had keyless entry. My 2 fobs just came in today and I programmed them both in under a minute thanks to you 🙏

Thanks! Works just like you described. Mine was 6 inserts also. FYI my fob suddenly stopped working. I thought it was the battery and purchased a new one, but I discovered the old battery was just fine. I then thought the fob was bad. I hoped maybe by a long shot it got deprogrammed. I tried your instructions and it worked. You saved me the cost of replacing my fob.

Dude! Thank for this video! I have an 05' 35th Aniversary. I had to replace the original engine with a Jasper reman and wow! Jasper corrected many of the problems that the OE engine had like burning so much oil w/catch cans. After all of these years I replaced the suspension while the engine was out too. I highly recommend purchasing a Jasper motor should you have to replace your engine. They cost more than average and paired with Michelin V or Z rated tired the 350Z is a JUGGERNAUT in shallow or deep curves is well woth the price. Thanks again for the video!

Does anyone know if the window thing works with this ?

On the stock key fob, if you hold unlock for 5-10 seconds, the window will roll down. Just wondering if anyone has tried this with any amazon fobs

Thank you very much worked if anyone wants to know you have to do these steps for every key fob I have a 06 trunk release even works even holding the lock buttons down to roll down the windows work as well

I have an 03 and for some reason it didn’t work for me. I did it like you said. Lock the car. Finger it 6 times with the key but no flash would pop up
