Ok, my Audi TT remote FOB was no longer working. Like a ding-dong I thought it was broke. Called the Audi dealership wanted over $100.00 to replace. I thought that was a bit high. I then thought I would get one from the swap meet but the Company that used to sell their stopped going. I then decided to try Amazon to see what it would cost. It was around $40.00. A lot better deal I thought. Then, I finally got smart and watched a Utube video explaining how to change the battery in the remote FOB. Changed the battery but the remote still didn't work. Finally, found this incredible video that showed me how to reprogram my remote FOB. After watching this video and spending a little of $5.00 I have a perfectly working remote FOB for my Audi TT. It It's that easy.
1st Key in ignition and 2nd key in door lock. Press 2nd key unlock button then turn the key left (lock) then right (unlock).
Take the 1st key out of ignition and check 2nd key.

Brilliant, still works. Recently my second key failed so had to replace the battery. I had a spare key that had stopped working years ago. I had bought two batteries so changed both. The older key didn't work so following this process is now a full functioning key again. Seat Leon FR 2015. You have to pop off the cover on the door lock to get to the actual key hole.

Worked on 2012 VW PASSAT my son's key fob lost its programming after vehicle was towed. I replaced battery and performed the reprogramming sequence in this video and wah-la! Thanks Worthyo!

Audi A4 FSI 2003.
Both keys wasn't working. I did this process only once (one in the ignition another in the door lock) and both of them are now working just fine.

WOW!this worked for my 2005 audi a4 b7 model!both my keys didnt work atal because i took both batteries out of um, but i did what u said and it fixed the key that was in door, and if i do visa versa i presume itl fix my other key but im to lazy to do it again lol!thanks man legend
