Aside from geeking out about all things neuroscience and linguistics, she loves hanging out with her family at their Connecticut home, trying to convince them to speak French with her.

George Smith (Ph.D., University of Hawai‛i at Mānoa) is the Linguistics Content Writer at Mango Languages. He holds a Ph.D. in Second Language Studies from the University of Hawai‛i at Mānoa, and conducts research on second language listening, speaking, and vocabulary learning. He is a lifelong teacher and learner who enjoys gabbing about language with his family and friends.

Nice explanation but I'm out off by the constant looking diagonally during presentation... I know it's the notes for readinging, but it makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend and they keep looking outside the window the whole time 😭

How does this help ? If you struggle in a language, take the test and do poorly all that did was verify your stupidity. Because whenever you perform poorly at any new skill and notice you have no real skills you are inclined to quit!
