Hey Aaron and Claire I made Teokkbokki (actually Topokki because only the Japanese version was available) with your recipe and it was AMAZING and perfect. It was my first time making it. I used baby bok choy and egg though instead of cabbage (yes I remember the green onion and msg). I will try this out but healthy air fryer version. 🥰🤗 love from Philadelphia.
