They clarify that he's "pushing 30" like 30 is some ridiculously old age; I think most people would be more than happy to have become a box office success and pop culture icon in their mid-to-late 20s. Heck, I think most people would be happy if they had a stable form of income in their 20s

Tom is incredibly talented and it is a great opportunity to play such an iconic character for such a long time in the MCU. In my opinion he is an underrated actor and should be known for more than just spider man but he is nowhere near “washed” tom is making his marvel bank and he is having a great time just doing what he wants to do

I agree that Tom is mainly known for his portrayal of Spider-Man, but he has GREAT movies outside of Marvel. Uncharted, The Devil all the Time and The Impossible are great examples. But when it comes down to it, Spider-Man is always gonna shine over other roles.

You also have to remember, when he was a kid, he did that one movie based on a true story about the family caught in a Japan tsunami or whatever kind of storm it was. Can't remember the name of the movie tho but it was a great movie that he was in at such a young age too. So people just need to pay attention to other stuff he's done in the past too.
