2E-E vs 4A-FE vs 2ZZ-GE. The Gauge cluster has been swapped too in between engine swaps.

hope you upgraded the oil pump on the 2zz-ge (billet steel gears) they are known to disintegrate at high rpm.

Just found your channel and love your videos, especially this one. I've owned more than 15 Corollas in different versions over the past 20 years..
And now I REALLY miss my EE90's both with the 2E-E and my AE92 with 4A-FE

These days I have a E12 hatch with a 1.4 D4-D (1ND-TV) but with a good amount original TTE equipment.
And a Avensis T25 Stw 2.0 (1AZ-FSE)

Considering the 2e is a 1.3 12V SOHC, it revs pretty well and gets up to speed “incredibly” fast 😅
