I drink blank coffee, usually once a day, with no milk or sugar. In its purest form as a drink in the morning.

Coffee is not good for you if you drink it like everyday. Coffee is a dehydrant in which dehydrates your bladder, obviously and if your bladder is dehydrated, and youre not pee in enough, bacteria can now enter your body, and when bacteria enters your bladder, it'll be very painful. Eventually, if you dont get it treated (Medicine won't work either, things like antibiotics can cause yeast infections) it will reach your kidneys, and it will harden into kidney stones. And kidney stones aren't so enjoyable. Of course you can enjoy the delights of coffee, but only once a day. But make sure you drink water! Things like energy drinks or soda can cause them too. So make sure you always have a supply of water.

And before you scroll onto another cpmment because of my hating on coffee, I'm not suggesting you never drink coffee, I'm only saying just have some water as well so you can prevent yourself from kidney stones.
