My favorite bumpersticker I've seen in Dallas: "Welcome to Texas. Now go Home."

I moved from New York to the Dallas area in 1985. I can handle the heat much better than those freezing Northern winters.

"DRY live in Dallas. Tell it to my scrotum when it's 100+ degrees in August with 80% humidity. Other than that, your video is spot on.

I agree. Came here from LA because I wanted to live a better life and I’ve been here 11 years and I’m here to stay! I love Texas!

I’ve lived in Dallas since the mid 90’s, and have seen a lot of change and some great things stay the same.
Thank you for the refresher course on this beautiful city!

I've lived here all my life. Some of us are being priced out of our own neighborhoods from all this mess. As much as I want to be friendly, I'd like this area to be less popular.

Go to Dallas in August then rethink that "dry heat" comment.

During the 2008 Great Recession most of the Dallas area, especially the Plano, Frisco, Allen and McKinney areas had no clue that there was a huge recession except that it was in the news. I used to tell people that we could go to a different restaurant every night and never go to the same restaurant twice.
