This one didn’t have hidden things, so it’s a 10/10 puzzle

I assumed you would use the bamboo to make scaffodling, and just reverse tower/tower down/ what I call placing scaffolding in a way to make it fall.

fall off then exit when your near the ground and then rejoin depending on when you left you will take that much fall damage so get near the bottom before exiting

I though of a solution that is similar but as you grow the bamboo you jump on top and you eventually would be high enough to get the horizontal travel to the nearby source of water than jump in
