These are my favorites from John Donaher's pin escapes instructional. This is gold and are extremely high percentages escapes. Seriously i've used some of these to escape purple/brown belt mount as a 3 stripe white belt

Hey Tyler, thanks for the time you gave in making this video, it's been a massive help to me! I'm 36, father of two and began my jiu jitsu journey 9 weeks ago! I'm only training one night a week ATM (hoping to increase this!!) And mount escapes are a big deal for me. I'm enjoying it and I'll roll with anyone I don't care, but I always stay humble and ask for advice after. It's a humbling martial art for sure, you're not using any of your day job strength in that place it just gets you tapped even quicker!
